Despite the thunderstorms and pouring rain, I made my way to the public library (conveniently located outside the train station) to renew a book on SQL variants employed on different database management systems along with Nobody's Perfect, Charlotte Chandler's affectionate biographical look at the wonderfully talented and diverse Billy Wilder.
