And ironically, just like Bernard Herrmann, after finishing his swan song (1942: A Love Story). Since his death, everyone in the industry and around has been showering accolades, via hollow praise, reminiscences, remixes (the largest in number), and retro- post-modern movies like Dil Vil Pyar Vyar and the upcoming Jhankaar Beats. Your longevity needs no proof, Pancham. If there's a heaven, I'm sure you're still doing what you did best ... creating lovely melodies from a complex mesh of influences and your unique dash of creativity.
