a little plug for the Georgia Tax Bureau

I got my state tax refund yesterday, within less than a month. Great stuff!!! Great going. The federal return hasn't come in yet, though. But I wonder, if there's a more frightening reason why the refund came in so soon? Did fewer people file returns this year?
